BUSBY MAROU HEADLINES 2014 YARRABAH BAND FESTIVAL

Queensland Music Festival (QMF) will be returning to the state’s Far North to present the second annual Yarrabah Band Festival at Bishop Malcolm Park on Saturday 8 November.Local performers Djun Djun Jarra, Night Owls, Elverina Johnson, Nightbirds, Black Carubians, St Augustine’s College and the Yarrabah Brass Band will join the line-up alongside special guest James Morrison. From the 12 - 28 July 2013, the best of local, national and international talent brought every conceivable style of music to Queenslanders from all walks of life, in Brisbane and in 44 regional and remote centres. Many events were free, and more events than ever featured large-scale collaborative community engagement, creating works that truly reflect the life of our diverse and vibrant state. LOGAN CITY TO HOST MAJOR MUSIC FESTIVAL

Queensland Music Festival (QMF) have today announced a two-year partnership with Logan City Council to deliver Logan’s Music Celebration in July 2015, an event created by the community, for the community. Read more HERE.
